3 quarts cubed potatoes, cooked & cooled 1 1/4 cup chopped celery 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper approximately 3 cups salad dressing Mix all together.  Sprinkle with parsley & chill.
