Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups thinly sliced raw Cauliflower
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped Olives
  • 2/3 cup chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped Pimiento
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Salad Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons White or Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine: Cauliflower, Olives, Green Peppers, Pimentos, Onion
  2. Make Dressing, beat with rotary mixer or blender
  3. Pour over cauliflower, mix and stir until well mixed
  4. Refrigerate covered for 4 hours or overnight
