- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 plum tomatoes chopped
- 2 tablespoons zesty Italian dressing
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
- Spread cream cheese in a 9 inch pie plate.
- Mix tomatoes and Italian dressing, then spoon over cream cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan and basil on top.
- Serve with thick chips or crackers!
