Aunt Neenee’s Cream Cheese Cookies

Prep: 5-10 minutes | Cook: 12-15 minutes | Servings: About 30 cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • dash of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease cookie sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir in flour until combined. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll in Christmas colored sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes.
