Baked Pineapple Casserole

Prep: 10-15 minutes | Cook: 25-30 minutes | Servings: 9-12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2-20 ounce cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups coarsely crushed butter flavored crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place pineapple in baking dish.
  4. In medium bowl, combine cheese, sugar and flour.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over pineapple.
  6. In the same bowl, combine crushed crackers and butter.
  7. Mix well.  Then sprinkle over casserole.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through and topping is golden brown.
  9. Enjoy!!  Great hot or cold.
