- 8 ounces imitation crab legs
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
- Assorted crackers or chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl shred imitation crab meat.
- Stir in mayonnaise, onion, parsley and pepper. Stir in cheese.
- Spoon into shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through
- Serve with crackers or chips.
