Cheesy Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces imitation crab legs
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • Assorted crackers or chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl shred imitation crab meat.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise, onion, parsley and pepper. Stir in cheese.
  3. Spoon into shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through
  4. Serve with crackers or chips.
