Cherry Streusel Cake

Ingredients

Cake:

  • 1  1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 5  tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 quart tart cherries

Topping:

  •  3/4 cup butter
  • 1   1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder in large bowl. Stir in the eggs & milk, then add melted butter & vanilla.
  2. Pour into greased 9×13 pan. Spread cherries over the top.
  3. Mix all topping ingredients, then put over the top of cherries.
  4. Bake At 375 for 30-40 minutes.
