- 3-6 pork cutlets
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (can substitute 1 can for cream of chicken)
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 -1 cup chicken broth
- egg noodles (cooked to package instructions) or rice
Place a crockpot cooking bag in crockpot (for easy clean up) or spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place cutlets in crockpot. Mix soup, onion soup mix envelope together in separate bowl then put over cutlets. Pour broth over cutlets. Cook 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Cook noodles or rice to package instructions. Serve over noodles or rice when crockpot is done.
