Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Portabella’s/White Button Mushrooms
  • 1 Package Phillips Crab Cakes (similar)
  • 1 Package Swiss Cheese – Sliced
  • 4 Dashes Old Bay Spice
  • 1/2 Stick Drawn Butter

Directions

  1. Clean Mushrooms removing stems and place on microwaveable plate
  2. Dip Mushrooms in drawn butter warmed
  3. Drizzle remaining butter over Mushroom tops
  4. Stuff Mushroom tops with mini crab cakes
  5. Sprinkle Mushrooms with Old Bay to taste
  6. Quarter cheese slices and place over stuffed Mushrooms
  7. Sprinkle Mushrooms with remaining Old Bay spice
  8. Micro wave Mushrooms for 4 minutes
  9. Place on serving tray, garnish and serve
