Kids Crunchy Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed potato chips
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • dipping sauce of your choice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Pour potato chips into a shallow dish.
  3. Beat egg and milk together in a separate shallow dish.
  4. Dip chicken cubes in egg mixture.
  5. Press chicken into potato chips until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer coated chicken to a baking sheet.
  7. Drizzle with melted butter.
  8. Bake until chicken is no longer pink in the center and coating is golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
