Mini Jalapeno Corndog Poppers

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
  • 4 jalapeño hot dogs, sliced into 24 slices
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Prepare muffin mix according to package directions, then spoon into 24 mini muffin cups.
  3. Press 1 cube of cream cheese into each filled muffin cup.
  4. Top each muffin cup with one slice of hot dog.
  5. Bake for 8 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with honey & serve.
