Mom’s Homemade Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 dry Ingredients together then add in the remaining ingredients. Mix Well.
  2. Divide into 2 loaf pans.
  3. Bake 350 1 hr.  cool – then slice and serve
