- 9 ounces white baking chocolate
- 2 cups coarsely crushed ridged potato chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- In a large microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate.
- Stir in potato chips and pecans.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Another option would be to drop directly into muffin liners for an easy grab and go.
- Refrigerate until set.
