- 1 slice 12 grain bread (I favor ALDI)
- 1 tablespoon dairy-free blue cheese dressing
- thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- homemade tomato relish or store-bought chili sauce
Toast the slice of bread. Spread toast with dairy-free blue cheese dressing. Add tomatoes on top of the dressing. Slice avocado thinly on top of tomato. Top with homemade tomato relish or chili sauce. Enjoy. So simple and easy.
