- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Mix sauce ingredients and add chicken (I often double the sauce).
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat skillet and cook chicken, adding oil as necessary, until cooked through and slightly browned.
- Serve in warmed flour tortilla shells with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and any other desired toppings.
