Summery Potato Salad

Prep: 1 hour | Cook: 1 hour to chill
  • 3 quarts cubed potatoes, cooked & cooled
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • approximately 3 cups salad dressing

Mix all together.  Sprinkle with parsley & chill.
