Wasabi Salmon

Great Lakes Energy Cooperative  

Marinade:

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar

Wasabi sauce:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 2 teaspoons wasabi powder

Combine the marinade ingredients and marinate the salmon for 2 hours. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add fish and marinade; cook 3 minutes. Turn fish over. Reduce heat to medium; cook 8 minutes or until fish is done. Serve with the wasabi sauce.
