White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour, salt, and baking soda and mix well. Add cranberries and white chocolate chips and stir to combine.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Let cool slightly, then transfer to cooling racks.
