Dawn’s Elegant Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 – half Chicken breasts (4 whole)
  • Swiss cheese
  • One can of Cream of Chicken soup
  • One can of Cream of Celery soup
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup white cooking wine
  • Pepperidge Farm Stuffing mix (or your favorite)
  • 2/3 Stick of butter

Directions

  1. Spray 9×13 baking dish¬†with vegetable spray
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Place chicken breasts in the 9×13 baking dish
  4. Put a slice of Swiss cheese on each piece of chicken
  5. Mix, in a separate bowl, the Cream of Chicken soup, the Cream of Celery soup and the white wine.
  6. Pour the mixture over the chicken
  7. Cover the entire top of the dish with stuffing mix
  8. Melt butter and pour it on top of the stuffing/chicken
  9. Cook 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
  10. Serve over Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice (or your favorite)
