- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 12-ounce package of cream cheese
- 1 cup of cheddar shredded
- 1 full tablespoon of horseradish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut cauliflower into just bigger than bite size.
- Steam the cauliflower for 30-35 minutes (if boiled you will get mush)
- Drain the water from pot.
- Add all ingredients to the pot.
- Use a potato masher to mash and combine.
- Top with additional cheddar and serve.
