Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1  head of cauliflower
  • 1  stick of butter
  • 1 12-ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of cheddar shredded
  • 1  full tablespoon of horseradish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut cauliflower into just bigger than bite size.
  2. Steam the cauliflower for 30-35 minutes (if boiled you will get mush)
  3. Drain the water from pot.
  4. Add all ingredients to the pot.
  5. Use a potato masher to mash and combine.
  6. Top with additional cheddar and serve.
